Support Services (NDIS)
At ECHO we believe you are unique and so are your interests, passions, and life goals. We will support you to make the most of your NDIS plan with services to match your needs and aspirations. ECHO NDIS and Disability Support Services include access to community social and recreation activities, assistance with self-care activities, group activities, short term accommodation, specialised transport, domestic assistance, and home & garden maintenance.
To access NDIS services through ECHO, register online through our NDIS Supports Referral Form.
Following registration, we will contact you. The ECHO NDIS Community Care team use a person-centred approach to empower participants to achieve their goals with a foundation of respect by honouring choices.
Services Available
Group Activities
Sessions provide a supportive and safe space to be yourself with others who can relate to your experiences.
Community Access
This support enables access to social activities to increase skills and confidence. It’s also good fun!
Personal & Self-Care Activities
Help or supervision with daily living to assist with independent living.
Supported Transport Services
Transport services including wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Short Term Accommodation
A short time away from your usual home with support.
Domestic and Home & Garden Maintenance
Including cleaning, home and garden support to help with your everyday needs.
