Emergency Relief

ECHO’s Emergency Relief services are free and confidential.  We offer assistance to anyone suffering severe financial hardship.

Emergency Relief is currently available Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays 9am-2pm. Limited services may be available outside of these hours – drop in or call Reception on 4096 6634 to enquire.

If you are a business, group, or community member who would like to support our Emergency Relief program, we accept donations of: shelf stable food items (eg tins, pasta, rice), all toiletry and cleaning items, baby needs (food, formula, nappies, wipes), Christmas food and items, gift vouchers, cash (tax deductible) and more.  Call the team to discuss the possibilities.
